Dr. Ibrahim Al-Nawaisa is a consultant in Opthalmolgy . He holds the Jordanian Board of Ophthalmology and a subspecialty in retinal surgery - retinal surgery colleague at the University of Bonn (Germany). He is also a Founding member of King Hussein Cancer Center. He is currently Director of the Department of Ophthalmology at Ibn Al-Haytham Hospital and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at Qatar Hamad Hospital. He is also the Director General of the German-Jordainan Center for Ophthalmology and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine (University of Jordan) . Dr. Ibrahim Al-Nawaisa supervised the establishment of the first Center for Treating Retinal Diseases at the University of Jordan. Dr. Ibrahim has extensive and long experience in which he introduced a number of surgical techniques for the first time in Jordan in cooperation with King Hussein Cancer Center , and treatment of eye tumors using radioactive iodine. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Nawaiseh offers various diagnostic and therapeutic services such as comprehensive eye examinations for all ages, retinal imaging of the retina and optic nerve, retinal imaging with pigmentation, ultrasound imaging, corneal imaging, lacrimal glands imaging, laser eye correction, lysik and femto smile technique as well as cataract removal, retinal diseases and diabetes. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Nawaiseh is currently working at the Jordanian-German Center, equipped with the latest equipment and techniques, located at Khalidi Street.
